Accessibility

As an accessibility consultant, I work with organizations to help their AI tools better recognize, understand, and respond to atypical speech patterns - because voice technology should work for all voices.

My consulting work includes advising teams (e.g., Wendy’s FreshAI and Google) on accessibility, conducting user testing, evaluating prototypes, and helping refine products based on real-world experiences.

I also speak about accessibility and voice technology at AI conferences and industry events all around the country, sharing insights from both my professional experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist and accessibility advisor, along with my perspective as someone who stutters.

We Need Your Help

Help Us Build More Accessible Technology

We're building technology to make everyday commerce work better for everyone.

We're looking for real experiences from people who have encountered barriers when shopping, ordering, communicating, navigating, or interacting with businesses.

Real-world experiences reveal accessibility barriers that aren't always visible from inside a product development team. By sharing what happened, what made the experience difficult, and what you wish had been different, you're helping us identify opportunities to make technology and everyday commerce work better for more people.

Your experiences can help us understand what's working, what's not, and what technology could do better.
