My Children’s Book

I’ve written and illustrated a children’s book about stuttering! Targeted towards ages 4-8, but very applicable for all elementary school ages.

Finn's first day of school is finally here!

But there's one problem… his voice sounds different from everyone else's.

In this reef, every fish speaks with a bumpy s--s--stutter.

But Finn’s words come out smooth and steady.

Worried he won’t fit in, Finn starts school feeling scared and alone.

As Finn learns to face his fears, he begins to see that being different isn't something to hide.

Finn discovers every voice is worth sharing.

Written by a speech therapist who also stutters, Finn Finds His Voice is an uplifting story about courage, resilience, and self-acceptance.
